Slider can be a pain

I purchased ten of these to have for the office. I liked the idea of the slider to retract the male end into the housing so it would not be damaged. However, when plugging it into the computer, I have to hold on to the slider to prevent the protruding male USB connection from retracting again. It is a bit of a pain when the USB port is new or slighlty undersized. Otherwise these work fine. The data transfer rate seems very fast. There is a led light that flashed with I/O activity and that is useful.

Good of transferring large files but loses space fast

I was able to transfer all of my large video files conveniently with this USB. However, after just a few uses the USB flash drive could only contain 2 GB of info not 4.

LED is annoying

No problem with storing so far. But the LED is so bright and annoying. When you plug this small one into your computer, you will be distracted. Careless design.
