Ok for saving files but not backup

I bought this for windows7 backup and restore. The program does not recognize it. Called HP and they were no help. I use it for saving files.

Simple and functional

I've used this for a variety of functions from loading software between computers to plugging into my TV to load some pictures. It is small and compact with plenty of space. Very affordable. Haven't had any complaints while using it.
